Everyone’s favorite loser named Phil is back this time trying to master skating after failing miserably at trying his luck with motorbikes and cars. Join Phil on his latest adventure as he tries to figure out the way to quickly learn all the masterful tricks of skating to impress his colleagues. Phil is hurtling through downtown on a skateboard. Bubbling Phil is on a mission to conquer the city’s landscape on his shakeboard. But it is not easy as the city is full of dangerous yet hilarious hurdles on streets, alleyways, parks, buildings, rooftops and lots of other funny locations.
